Description

During a recent work trip to LA, I had the pleasure of listening to attorney Glen Kraemer speak at an HR forum in Santa Monica. Glen’s legal practice is dedicated to working with employers to empower and support HR professionals as they in turn work with their own clients to ensure true understanding and effective response to the challenges associated with workplace sexual harassment and abusive conduct, and the long-term resonance of the #MeToo movement in the workplace. This presentation promises to have something for all HR professionals, as we re-examine training content, organizational structures and grievance reporting procedures, and explore the requisite skills you need - and the tough decisions you will have to make - to comprehensively address workplace harassment, discrimination, and bullying.

We're following up the presentation with a panel of three amazing (blue-chip), highly respected HR leaders to speak of firsthand experience on this topic, from within their own workplaces.

Meet the Panel:

Glen Kraemer, Partner, Hirschfeld Kraemer

Susan Lee, VP Head of People, Warby Parker
